WFW Strengthens Energy Practice with Project Development Expert Hire

Project development veteran Clarinda Tjia-Dharmadi has joined Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) in Singapore from the US law firm McDermott, Will & Emery, where she served as the Asia transactions head.

At WFW, Tjia-Dharmadi will be part of the firm's seven-partner Global Energy Sector Steering Group, with her primary responsibility being the strategic expansion of the firm's energy practice throughout the broader Asia-Pacific region.

According to Tjia-Dharmadi's profile on the WFW website, “she has exceptional expertise in the Indonesian energy sector. At the vanguard of power and renewables in Indonesia, she has advised sponsors, developers and lenders on the most ground-breaking projects in the sector since the inception of Indonesia’s IPP programme. She has also advised oil majors, foreign investors and numerous key government agencies on Indonesia’s largest oil and gas, LNG and petrochemical projects”.
