Intellectual property specialist Kim Poh Ng has moved from Rajah & Tann’s local Malaysian outfit Christopher Lee & Ong to join Tay & Partners.
Ng has over two decades of experience advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters relating to trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyright.
According to Tay & Partner’s press release, “(Ng) frequently appears before the High Court for IP cases and has appeared before the Court of Appeal and Federal Court in several IP cases, either as lead counsel or junior counsel, including a few which culminated in landmark decisions.
