M&A lawyer Kenneth Leong has joined UK law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) as a partner, where he will lead their corporate team. Leong joins with a team of associates from Singapore law firm Quahe Woo & Palmer.
According to RPC’s’ press release, “Kenneth is a well-respected and highly regarded M&A specialist with extensive experience handling complex and high value corporate transactions across a wide range of sectors including renewable energy, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, petrochemicals, medical technology, healthcare, education, and food and drink.”
