Norton Rose Fulbright has bolstered its dispute resolution offering in Singapore with the addition of international arbitration partner Kent Phillips.
Phillips, who was previously a partner at Hogan Lovells since 2016, brings over 20 years of experience in handling high-value commercial disputes, with a particular focus on infrastructure, natural resources, and energy sectors in Southeast Asia and India.
According to a press release from NRF, Phillips has accumulated more than 30 appointments as an arbitrator (sole, party, and emergency) in the past 10 years. He is also a registered foreign lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court and serves as a director of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Singapore branch, as well as the Co-Chair of the International Bar Association's Asia Pacific Arbitration Group.
In Legal Media 360's Sentiment Index, Phillips is recognized as a Band 1 lawyer for arbitration matters.
