Experienced litigator Daniel Chia is joining Prolegis – Herbert Smith Freehills’ Singapore formal alliance firm – from Morgan Lewis. Chia will head the firm’s new disputes practice and will be joined by three other members from Morgan Lewis’s disputes practice in May.
