Kelvan Cheung, Jingtian & Gongcheng
Corporate finance specialist, Kelvan Cheung has joined mainland Chinese firm Jingtian & Gongcheng in Hong Kong as partner. He was previously at Deacons for over 12 years where he was appointed partner in 2015.
Cheung is a Hong Kong and PRC (Greater Bay Area) qualified lawyer and advises on IPOs, secondary fund raisings, M&A, PE transactions, listing rules compliance, securities laws and corporate and commercial laws.

Alexander Woody, Nishimura & Asahi
Nishimura & Asahi has hired energy and natural resources specialist Alexander Woody as a partner.
Woody is a US qualified lawyer and was previously at White & Case for 22 years.

Julien Bocobza, White & Case
