Kathryn Weaver, Seyfarth Shaw
Labour and employment lawyer, Kathryn Weaver has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner. She was previously at Lewis Silkin for over more than 15 years where she was partner and head of the Hong Kong office since 2018.
Seyfarth’s website states, “Kathryn has fifteen years of international practice behind her. She has advised global employers on the full range of employment law issues, including problematic terminations, negotiated separation agreements, restrictive covenant disputes and litigation, defending claims in the labour tribunal and courts, discrimination issues, grievances and disciplinaries, performance issues, sickness absence, redundancies and restructuring, and data privacy.”
