US firm Mayer Brown has received approval from the Singapore Legal Services Regulatory Authority to establish a Joint Law Venture (JLV) with PK Wong & Nair. The JLV will be known as Mayer Brown PK Wong & Nair Pte. Ltd. This will be effective from 1 January 2023.
The JLV is part of Mayer Brown’s Asia strategy to build their Singapore offering as a hub for services in Southeast Asia. The alliance will offer clients integrated services and advice on international and Singapore law. All Singapore court litigation and related advice will be provided by PK Wong & Nair.
