Arbitration specialist moves to Baker McKenzie KLP JV

David Kim has joined Baker McKenzie’s newly established South Korean joint venture Baker McKenzie KLP JV as a partner in their international arbitration team. Kim joins from Lee & Ko where he co-chaired the firm’s international construction dispute resolution practice.

The Baker & McKenzie website states, "David is highly regarded in the international arbitration arena and has acted as counsel in various arbitration cases before the International Court of Arbitration, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, and the London Court of International Arbitration, as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law rules.”
