Allen & Gledhill has recruited Siva Subramaniam, as an international counsel to take charge of its aviation finance practice and co-lead its maritime group.
Subramaniam career has spanned over two decades and he has been a partner at a number of international firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, Watson, Farley & Williams and Reed Smith.
According to A&G's press release, Subramaniam represents numerous prominent airlines, leasing companies, underwriters, banks, private equity firms, and export credit agencies in a diverse range of transactions. These include leveraged leases, operating leases, portfolio sales and financings, sale-leasebacks, securitization of lease portfolios, and loans supported by export credit agencies.
